Tuzla Hospital & Commercial Complex | Istanbul, Turkey

105495 sqm

This project, situated in Tuzla, Istanbul, brings together healthcare, office, residential, and retail programs in a dynamic mixed-use development. The architectural concept is defined by a sensitive response to the sloping topography of the site, where the natural gradient was utilized to determine the ground floor level. This strategic decision enabled the design of a vertical building form that optimizes space while creating a strong urban presence. The result is a multifunctional complex that seamlessly integrates diverse uses into a single, contemporary landmark.

Kalesentra Mixed Use Project | Istanbul, Turkey

91211 sqm

This redevelopment project in Güngören, Istanbul, focuses on the renewal of a shopping mall first opened in 2007. The design process involved dismantling the building down to its structural frame, preserving the existing column and beam system as the foundation for a comprehensive transformation. The scheme envisions a revitalized shopping center with a five-story residential addition above, conceived as a horizontal extension rather than a vertical tower. Positioned next to a tram stop and surrounded by recently built housing complexes, the project aims to reestablish the mall as the focal point of the area, redefining its identity as a vibrant urban focal point.

Güngören Commercial Complex | Istanbul, Turkey

36026 sqm

Located on a prominent site along the highway in Güngören, Istanbul, this project introduces a dynamic office and retail complex that bridges two contrasting urban conditions. On one side lies the fine-grained texture of traditional neighborhoods; on the other, the constant motion of a bustling arterial road. The design aspires to mediate between these extremes by creating an architectural statement that is both eye-catching and welcoming. With its elongated form and expressive frontage, the building acts as a contemporary threshold—inviting the energy of the city inward while offering the community a new focal point for commerce, interaction, and identity.

Overlooking a serene pond, both villas are carefully positioned to highlight the beauty of the surrounding environment while providing the necessary privacy for residents. In addition to private spa facilities, including massage rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and jacuzzis, the villas boast luxury amenities such as a private dining room for up to 20 guests and an exclusive game room.
